Using AI technology, we match resumes with job descriptions, suggest changes, and assess the chances of securing a job. Our aim is to replace the traditional email-based workflow with a user-friendly dashboard for tracking job applications and automating the application process. Role Description This is a volunteer remote role for a Software Developer at Job Search Works. The Software Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). The role involves collaborating with the team to build smart services that automate job applications and improve the overall job search experience for users.
