Software Tester– Telecom Domain (BSS & Order Provisioning Focus)📍 Location: Sydney, Australia🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time💼 Experience Required: 3+ Years About the Role:Seeking a highly skilled Software Tester with extensive experience in Order Provisioning, BSS systems, and Telecom domain processes. This role offers a dynamic opportunity in QA efforts across complex telecom platforms, ensuring quality delivery and seamless end-to-end user journeys. Key Responsibilities:✅ Test planning, strategy, design, execution, and reporting in Agile/Waterfall environments✅ Perform end-to-end testing across Order Management, OSS, and BSS layers✅ Validate order provisioning workflows, including fallouts, retries, and service activations✅ Ensure test coverage across mobile/web applications, IVR/live chat, and contact center platforms✅ Collaborate with Dev, BA, and Ops teams to verify customer journeys from order to activation✅ Drive automation using Appium, Cucumber, Java✅ Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) via Postman, ReadyAPI✅ Validate integration with Network Inventory, Service Activation, and Mediation Systems✅ Utilize AWS services – SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB✅ Maintain test artifacts in JIRA and Confluence and support UAT/business readiness testing Must-Have Skills:🔸 3+ years in QA/testing with strong Telecom OSS/BSS and Order Provisioning experience🔸 In-depth knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), CRM (e.g., Amdocs, Siebel, Salesforce)🔸 Exposure to OSS/BSS domains such as Service Fulfilment, Activation, and Assurance🔸 Hands-on with automation tools: Appium, Cucumber, Selenium, Java🔸 Expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP) and Kafka-based systems🔸 Strong SQL/database validation and experience with AWS cloud-based testing🔸 Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement 📩 Ready to make an impact?
