An exciting opportunity exists to join Brandbank as a Sourcing Coordinator. The Sourcing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sourcing and Sustainability initiatives across all Brandbank brands. This role ensures smooth onboarding and management of suppliers while keeping our sourcing records, manuals, and processes accurate and up to date. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, providing essential support to help us achieve our ethical sourcing goals.
  
THE ROLE:

  • Maintain and evolve supplier documentation and portals in line with business needs.
  • Research, create, and present sourcing resources for internal learning and training.
  • Manage training materials tailored to different team audiences.
  • Oversee supplier database maintenance and compliance tracking.
  • Manage supplier onboarding, induction, and communications.
  • Support the transition and management of social audits via the Sedex platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and certifications.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of sourcing-related policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement the Group Sourcing & Sustainability Strategy.
  • Work across the business to support the execution of the Group Sourcing & Sustainability Strategy
  • Manage allotted projects within the Sourcing and Sustainability team
  • Track project timelines, update data, and follow up with relevant teams.
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production or similar role within the apparel/accessories industry.
  • Experience with Ethical Sourcing and external reporting (e.g. Baptist World Aid) is highly desirable.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with suppliers.
  • Creative problem-solver with initiative and common sense.
  • A team player who listens objectively and contributes thoughtfully
  • Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
