Partner with the best As a Sourcing Specialist you will take ownership for the sourcing and buying process. You will provide support to cross-functional teams on a variety of projects that will require your knowledge and contribution. Using your knowledge of the market and vendors, you will build trusted relationships with suppliers and internal teams. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for: Managing supplier relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk, and ensure compliance to KPIsProviding guidance to cross-functional teams to support projects, procedures, and processesOverseeing the sourcing and buying process to ensure products are delivered according to quality, specifications, and budgetsManaging the purchase operations to ensure purchase orders meet budget, On-Time-Delivery, and productivity targets Work Experience Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have experience gained in the sourcing, buying, procurement or a role where negotiation played a key partDemonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliersDemonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areasBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problemsShow an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.Have some knowledge of General accounting in SAP Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
