What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDPAbility to manage service, prep, and ordering with precisionUnderstanding of cost control, budgets, and KPIsA proactive approach to menu development and innovationAbility to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
