Spare Parts Interpreter and Contracts Support

The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Spare Parts Interpreter to be based in our Consignment store in the Dandenong area.

This is a dual role in Sales and Contracts Support responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the service arrangements for large, long-term business relationships while also contributing to the branch sales and gross profit targets.

This role involves providing essential support in sales, warehousing, and contract management, leveraging product knowledge and exceptional customer service to meet business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpreting customer spare parts requirements and processing orders.
• Managing consignment stock, including inventory control and replenishments.
• Providing contracts administration support, including order entry, reporting, and document management.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assisting with general store duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in spare parts interpretation, preferably in the heavy vehicle industry.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Momentum Pro is preferred,but not essential
