About the Role

This role offers a diverse caseload with a strong focus on NDIS and disability support. You'll work with either paediatric or adult clients based on your interests and experience—your caseload is tailored to you.

You will:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders

• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans

• Design, trial, and implement both low- and high-tech AAC (communication devices)

• Assess and manage swallowing difficulties

• Collaborate with other allied health professionals, GPs, and support networks

• Provide education to clients, families, and community stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• National Police Check

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience preferred, but we also welcome applicants with 1+ year looking for a meaningful career shift
