Your Role

• Choose from a mixed-ages caseload or specialise in paediatrics
• Provide therapy in clinics, schools, homes, or community settings
• Work primarily with NDIS clients, with some private referrals
• Conduct assessments, therapy planning, and intervention to help clients achieve communication goals
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals

Support & Development

• Weekly supervision with a lead Speech Pathologist
• Dedicated onboarding & graduate support
• Opportunities to shadow senior clinicians
• Mentor new grads & participate in training workshops
• Develop specialised skills & lead clinical interest groups

What You Need

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• SPA (Speech Pathology Australia) membership
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
