About the role

We are seeking Industrial Spray Painters to join our Production team at Cub Campers' manufacturing facility in North Rocks, NSW. This role is a full-time position preparing and painting our high-quality camping trailers and Caravans. You will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and spray paint Caravan & Camper Trailer chassis in Hammertone finish in readiness for production line assembly

• Prepare and spray paint parts and accessories in various finishes and colours

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Experience in industrial Spray Painting

• Experience in Powder Coating preferred but not essential

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team
