ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping performance, enhancing operations, and boosting market share. As a strategic leader, you’ll inspire teams and ensure our company-owned and franchise stores operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute company strategies to strengthen store performance

• Lead, coach, and support retail store teams

• Drive revenue growth and manage expenses effectively

• Set ambitious sales and profit targets across multiple locations

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all stores

• Foster strong partnerships with tyre and wheel suppliers

• Ensure full compliance with OH&S standards and legislation

• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance

• Champion safety initiatives and implement best practices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader with:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-site retail management
✅ Proven success in financial budgeting and execution
✅ Strong team leadership and development abilities
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Dedication to customer service excellence
✅ Sound OH&S knowledge and compliance awareness
✅ Valid Australian driver’s license – essential
✅ Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
✅ Experience in high-volume retail or multi-site management (desirable)
