Stock management

We are a small, fast-paced retail business looking for a Stock Controller who thrives on accuracy, has a strong understanding of numbers, and can take ownership of our inventory processes from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately track, manage, and reconcile stock across all locations
• Analyse inventory data to identify trends, slow movers, and reorder needs
• Maintain stock records and ensure alignment between physical stock and system figures
• Liaise with suppliers, handle deliveries and returns, and ensure correct pricing and labelling
• Conduct regular stocktakes and investigate variances
• Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to manage stock flow efficiently
• Provide regular stock and margin reports to management

• Strong numerical and analytical skills – you enjoy working with spreadsheets and data
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $44,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
