Stone Bench top - Templator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stone Bench top Templator, all rounder to join our team at GV Stone Works Pty Ltd in Shepparton, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for measuring, templating and fabricating high-quality stone benchtops for residential and commercial projects.

What you'll be doing

• Measure and template stone bench tops at client sites

• Prepare detailed templates and specifications for bench top fabrication

• Liaise with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication of bench tops

• Provide quality control checks on completed bench tops prior to installation

• Assist with the installation of bench tops at client sites as needed

• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a stone bench top templator or in a similar role

• CAD design experience

• Strong understanding of stone fabrication processes and materials

• Understanding of cabinetry design and installation processes

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate templates

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Current driver's licence
