I'm on the lookout for driven and personable Store Managers to lead these high performing retail locations, with opportunities in both Sydney CBD and Castle Hill. You’ll take charge of everything from team development and customer satisfaction to inventory management and compliance. As part of a trusted brand in the currency exchange space, you'll also play a key role in ensuring secure and smooth financial transactions for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and Inspire a passionate team by setting the tone for success, delivering coaching, and creating a high performance culture.
  • Drive sales & performance by hitting sales targets, building customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
  • Own operations by ensuring everything runs like clockwork - from compliance and AML standards (Anti-Money Laundering) to inventory accuracy and stock flow.
  • Champion compliance & excellence through strong auditing practices, risk management, and local store marketing initiatives.
About you:
  • A natural people leader who thrives on motivating others and fostering a supportive, success driven environment.
  • Highly organised and commercially savvy with the ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions fast.
  • Comfortable juggling team development, store operations, and customer needs without missing a beat.
  • Detail oriented with a strong focus on compliance, data accuracy, and following best practice standards.
  • A proactive, positive problem solver who works well autonomously and brings contagious energy to the team.
Your experience:
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within retail or customer service, ideally 2+ years.
  • A passion for people development, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and auditing, ideally in a regulated or transactional environment.
  • A hands on approach and confidence to work independently when needed.
  • A team first attitude with a commitment to building strong internal and external relationships.
