Store Manager - Clothing Alterations

Looksmart Alterations is Australia and NZ largest Clothing Alterations franchise with over 100 stores located in major shopping centres. We specialise in clothing alterations and repairs as well as providing embroidery and dry cleaning services.

We are currently looking for a store manager for our Westfield Erina Fair store.

This is a fast paced and diverse role which would suit someone with sewing experience, experience fitting and pinning clients garments as well as managing a team and production workflow.

Typical duties:

• Tailoring, sewing and Alternations.

• Managing machinists workflow

• Maintaining relationships with the centre

• Managing customer satisfaction
