Store Operator

Entech Electronics is an Adelaide based, world class electronics manufacturer on the global stage. With wholly Australian owned manufacturing facilities in both Australia and Shenzhen, our craft is manufacturing the highest quality medical and industrial electronic devices.

Our team of engineers and technicians operate hi-tech automation equipment under globally recognised medical and aerospace certifications to produce electronic products and create customer satisfaction.

Due to several new manufacturing contracts coming on-line in the near future, we are seeking exceptional people to join our production team.  All roles will be offered on a casual full-time basis, initially.  

Currently, we are primarily looking for multiple workers to work on our day shifts, operating on 7:30-15:36 hours. These positions are offered on casual basis with a view to permanency for the right candidates.

Please note: This role requires candidates to be physically based in Adelaide, South Australia. Interviews will be conducted in-person only at our Adelaide site.

Key Responsibilities - Store Operator

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with safety standards.

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring goods are handled with care and accurately recorded.

• Issue parts to production and maintain accurate stock movements through the ERP system.

• Perform regular stock checks and assist in inventory control and stock rotation.

• Pick components according to Bills of Materials (BOM) to meet production requirements.

• Assist with general warehousing duties, including packing, dispatching, and warehouse organisation.

• Identify and handle electronic components as required.

• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with all WHS requirements.

Skills and Experience

• Current and valid Forklift License (essential).

• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with computerized test systems.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, particularly loading and unloading trucks.

• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP software (desirable).

• Experience handling electronic components (desirable).

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
