Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of 40-60 schemes
- Prompt follow-up and resolution of inquiries
- Providing superior service and advice to clients
- Issuing notices, problem-solving, dispute resolution & mediation
- Chairing and running OC meetings
Ideal Candidate Attributes: - Prior experience as a Strata Manager or potentially a highly experienced Assistant who has also chaired meetings and looking to step up
- Class 2 licence
- Experienced with interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements
- Superior communication skills - both written and verbal
- Enjoy building relationships and have a pro-active, solutions orientated approach
