About the role

Join the amazing team at Unique Education and Migration as an education consultant. In this full-time role based in Parramatta, NSW, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to international students, ensuring their educational experience is rewarding and enriching.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to speak Hindi.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborating with academic departments to ensure the unique needs of international students are met

• Collating and submitting appropriate documents to colleges and educational institutes

• Monitoring and reporting on international student enrolment, retention and satisfaction metrics

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract, enrol and retain international students

• Managing all aspects of the international student lifecycle, from initial enquiries to graduation

• Organising social and cultural events to help international students integrate and feel at home

• Maintaining strong relationships with education agents and other stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in an international student support or education management role

• Proficient in English and Hindi.

• Strong understanding of visa regulations, student support services and the unique challenges faced by international students
