We are seeking a Supervisor – AP & Business Expenses to join our INPEX Finance team in Perth on a 12-month maximum term contract. Join us in helping shape a brighter energy future.

Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for supervision of offshore Accounts Payable team.
Responsible for supervision of offshore Expenses team.
Responsible for supervision of offshore HRCTI team.
Accountable for analysing vendor invoices and on-time processing/ payment of same.
Building positive relationships with vendors, internal Departments to improve turnaround of payments and receipt of funds.
Improve interface between vendor and INPEX processes.
Provide support during period close.
Identify and provide change support for initiatives in the broader Finance team.

Successful candidates will:
Demonstrated experience in an Accounts environment with some of that experience in a multi-company and/or JV environment.
Skilled SAP ERP –Accounts Payable, MM, FI/CO and AR.
Good understanding and hands on use of on-line banking systems.
Timeline management.
Influencing customers to deliver to standard.
Good communication.
Able to work alone.
Willingness to adapt processes and participate in a variety of activities beyond core role.
