Supervisor (Remedial Building & Cladding Replacement)

The Company
Our client is a well established, Tier 1 Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial Building projects, Heritage Projects and Cladding Replacement projects for over 50 years.
 
The Role
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a  Site Supervisor  with experience in Remedial Building (Concrete Repair and Waterproofing) and Cladding Replacement (Combustible Cladding) works to join their team. You will have a minimum of 4 + years of previous experience (Essential).

What are we looking for?

• Trade Qualification as either a - Carpenter or Waterproofer or Bick Layer
• 4 + years minimum experience as a Remedial Building Supervisor running projects medium to large scale Remedial Building projects
• Supervisor experienced in scheduling daily work for a crew consisting of 1 Leading Hand and between 4 - 8 internal staff
• Ability to identify issues and problem solve
• Ability to guide and direct subbies
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager and Construction Manager
• White Card
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise
• Supervisor with a strong safety mindset
• Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks
• Full Australian Working rights
