The Opportunity:
Working in partnership with our client, Techforce Personnel are seeking an experienced Supervisors to lead a team for our client in WA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Requirements:

• Supervise, oversee and manage the team.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflow to meet operational targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Provide leadership and support to onsite teams, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
• Report and liaise with management regarding progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Civil or Load and Haulage space.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in a high-risk environment and follow strict safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must have Schedule 26
