Hastings Deering have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to join our team at our head office in Archerfield, Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

We're looking for a visionary leader to shape and execute transformative and end-to-end supply chain, warehousing and logistics strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

About You

As this is a leadership role within our business, it is essential you hold the following skills and attributes:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics OR equivalent industry level experience
• Minimum of 10 years experience within a diversified and medium-large company leading large scale transformative supply chain projects.
• Experience within a large warehouse management system (Korber is desirable)
• Experience with the implementation and operation of multiple integrated warehouse automation solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in analysing large data sets
• Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
• Strategy, business process or systems consulting experience
• Demonstrated experience within project management
