Supply Chain Operations Superuser

Based in Villawood, we are currently seeking Supply Chain Operations Superusers to join our team! Your role is critical in managing and optimising the company supply chain systems and processes by providing advanced support for supply chain software, physical processes and collaborating with various departments across the company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all supply chain software related issues and enquiries

• Provide advanced trouble shooting and support for supply chain systems and applications

• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives

• Train and mentor team members on the effective use of supply chain systems and applications

• Leading and managing projects and programs of work as required.

• Develop and maintain documentation on supply chain processes and system usage

• Analyse supply chain data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades and improvements as required

• Gather feedback from business users on system performance and usability to make improvements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstratable experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on system support and optimisation

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related discipline.

• Exhibits strong technical skills and proficiency in logistics software, preferably Microsoft D365, WMS, TMS, Production software

• Demonstrates solid interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team

• High attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving
