Mandatory Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Active ABN
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Support Coordinator
• Cert IV or above in Community Services, Mental Health, or Disability
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check (within 12 months)
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload
• Reliable internet, laptop, phone
• Located in Australia and ready to start within 1–2 weeks
