At Get Readii Group, we are a Registered NDIS provider, offering essential support services including daily living, community access, capacity building, support coordination, psychosocial recovery coaching, SIL, STA, and more. We specialize in mental health and psychosocial disabilities, so prior mental health experience is desirable but not essential.

What We're Looking For:

• Blue Card / Yellow Card

• National Police Check

• Queensland Driver’s License & Own Vehicle

• Cert III or above

• First Aid & CPR Certificate

Schedule:

• Public holidays

• Rotating roster

• Weekend availability

Requirements:

• Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

• At least 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities (Preferred)

Essential Certifications:

• First Aid and CPR Certification (Required)

• Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening (Required)

• National Police Certificate (Required)

• Driver Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance (Required)

Work Location: On the road, community access across Brisbane.
