Company Description Rainbow Lodge is the oldest post release residential program for people exiting a term of incarceration or bailed. Role Description This is a Part Time 52 Hours per fortnight on-site role for a Support Worker at The Rainbow Lodge Program located in Sydney, NSW. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing assistance and support to residents, ensuring their safety and well-being on a daily basis. Tasks may include interpersonal communication, safeguarding residents, and providing technical support when needed. Qualifications . Minimum Cert IVStrong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilitiesKnowledge of Safeguarding proceduresBasic Technical Support knowledgeEmpathy and patience when dealing with residentsAbility to work effectively in a teamRelevant certification in Social Work or related field
