If you’re a Registered Surveyor who thrives on subdivisions—not strata, not construction, and definitely not small-scale jobs—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Work on 100-300 lot subdivisions, overseeing the planning and execution.
Guide a team of technicians and staff, ensuring seamless delivery.
Manage your own costings and budgets, keeping projects on track.
Oversee small field teams assisting with work outside the office.

What You Won’t Do:
❌ No business operations headaches.
❌ No tedious small-scale jobs.
