If you’re a Registered Surveyor who thrives on subdivisions—not strata, not construction, and definitely not small-scale jobs—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
�� Work on 100-300 lot subdivisions, overseeing the planning and execution.
�� Guide a team of technicians and staff, ensuring seamless delivery.
�� Manage your own costings and budgets, keeping projects on track.
�� Oversee small field teams assisting with work outside the office.

What You Won’t Do:
❌ No business operations headaches.
❌ No tedious small-scale jobs.
