At MSWA, we’re dedicated to empowering Western Australians with neurological conditions to live their best lives. We’re on the lookout for a System Analyst – Salesforce to join our Technology Services team and help us optimise the user experience across our Salesforce platform.

As the System Analyst – Salesforce at MSWA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining Salesforce environments and other defined systems to ensure their availability, stability, and ongoing improvement. You’ll be the go-to expert for all users, providing technical support, guidance, and troubleshooting to enhance user satisfaction.
  
What can you expect?
This role involves configuring and customising systems, managing deployments, creating operational reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities to improve system features and data quality. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable, best-practice solutions.
  
With a focus on user experience and continuous improvement, you’ll also contribute to training, documentation, and driving end-user adoption.
  
A bit about you…To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Information Technology field or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  
• At least two years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, you’re skilled in managing Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales & Service Cloud.
• Experience in a generalist System Administrator role within the previous 5 years.
• A passion for driving user satisfaction and system improvements.
• Experience with integrated applications like OwnBackup, Skedulo, and Docusign is a bonus, and any additional Salesforce certifications will be highly regarded.
