About The Role:
The Systems Support Officer liaises with clients to assist in the effective use of procurement systems. The role supports the implementation of procurement systems projects through user acceptance testing and input into training documentation and assists with queries of a technical and complex nature.
About You:
To be considered an ideal candidate for this role you will enjoy problem solving, system issues, interacting with a diverse range of clients, have experience with procurement or business systems in Government, and be available to work the core business hours of 8am-4pm to provide systems support to our clients.
The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.

Currently there are two (2) permanent full-time positions available for filling from July 2025.
