About the Role Our objective is to ensure business outcomes are enabled by delivering the best possible talent management and partnering solutions to our stakeholders.
At a national level, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will leverage relationships with internal and external talent to support Network Insurance House's current and future resourcing needs. The Talent team drives attraction and supports retention with a strong focus on employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruitment life cycle whilst ensuring excellent candidate experience in line with business brand and strategy
- Assist managers to scope and compile recruitment briefs and requests
- Prepare recruitment documents including position descriptions, recruitment request forms, and interview guides
- Advise managers on recruitment and selection strategies
- Build trusted relationships within the business and continue to develop a deep understanding of business goals to ensure strategic alignment as we attract develop and retain great talent
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics
- Providing market insights and advice back to the business
