About the Role

Our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team is expanding and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate or Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team brings our purpose to life through our innovation in recruitment and workforce strategy. As our business expands, so does our Talent Acquisition team. We seamlessly combine technical expertise and strategic insight to provide exceptional guidance to our internal functions and teams. Leverage the knowledge you've acquired in recruitment and talent strategy to tackle new challenges, with ample support and opportunities for growth along the way. We collaborate with business leaders to recruit experienced hires for the firm from Associate to Director level.

Supporting the Assurance business, you’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

  • Recruitment and talent strategy
  • In-house talent acquisition experience in complex operating environments and with matrixed reporting structures
  • Your advanced ability to secure high-quality talent from candidate-short markets
  • Workforce planning and approaching all recruitment with data driven insights to help advise the business on strategy
  • Utilising AI and systems to streamline process and speed to hire
  • Talent identification and headhunting with proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights and SEEK Premium Talent Search
  • A commercial, data-driven and analytical mind-set, with demonstrated experience of influencing senior stakeholders to ‘win-win’ commercial outcomes
  • Applying a skills-first hiring strategy within your recruitment work
  • Developing, maintaining and dealing with complex escalations with third-party recruitment suppliers
  • Being collaborative and a problem solver by nature, and most importantly, you act with care and integrity

  • Continually improving a recruitment and workforce planning strategy involving strategic sourcing/market mapping
  • Supporting talent acquisition projects and smashing diversity milestones
  • Being the key talent advisor for your portfolio, advising your stakeholders on market leading talent solutions
  • Amplifying our employer brand and drive a quality candidate experience, using your expertise to improve recruitment processes along the way
