Talent Acquisition Partner

We are delighted to partner with a leading transport and logistics organisation to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. Based in Wingfield, this large national company has recently expanded its footprint and is getting busier!

The Role: This is a busy, high-volume blue-collar recruitment position, forming an integral part of the People & Capability team. Working alongside the P&C Advisor, you will provide strategic and operational recruitment solutions to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment
• Phone screening and interviewing potential candidates
• Handling offer management and onboarding support
• Proactively developing talent pools and pipelines
• Conducting market and competitor analysis

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have a proven track record in high-volume, ideally blue-collar recruitment, and the ability to work effectively and autonomously. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach are key to success in this role.

What's on Offer:

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time position with some flexibility in hours. You can work one day from home and have the option to start early and finish early if that suits your schedule.
