Role Overview:As our Talent & Client Success Manager, you’ll wear two hats: Recruitment Lead – You’ll manage end-to-end hiring of casual event and promo staff across Australia, build a killer talent pipeline, and ensure our staff always exceed client expectations.Client Relationship Manager – After every campaign or job, you’ll connect with our clients to wrap things up, gather feedback, build testimonials, and keep the relationship warm and growing.You’ll also jump in and support event production and coordination when needed it’s all part of being a small, agile team that loves delivering great work. We always work as ONE team! Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent ManagementSource, vet, and hire top-tier staff for events and campaignsMaintain and grow our candidate databaseLead tailored recruitment drives for specific roles and campaigns, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right brief every timeDeliver a standout recruitment and onboarding experience for our staffUse a mix of recruitment sourcing strategiesClient Success & Campaign Wrap-UpsConduct post-event wrap calls to gather feedback, testimonials, referrals and future bookingsTrack client activity and check in proactively to stay top of mindSupport on select campaigns in a coordinator/producer capacity as neededCollaborate with the Operations Manager to improve systems and processes across staffing and client care About You: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, events staffing or account managementStrong communication skills - confident with clients and talent alikeOrganised, proactive and detail-focusedPassionate about events and experiential marketingFlexible, fun, and happy to jump in where neededExperience in account management or campaign coordination = big bonus Why Join LiveWorks?
