Bankstown Girls High School is a comprehensive secondary school established in 1960, located in Sydney's Southwest. Our student population of 570 girls reflects a diverse range of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Notably, 98% of our students come from non-English speaking backgrounds, and 30% require varying levels of support in English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D). We cater for students at all achievement levels including high potential and gifted students.

1. Approval to teach VHF Hospitality-Food and Beverage.
2. Capacity to integrate technology and implement innovative teaching practices to foster engagement and a culture of high expectations to improve student learning outcomes.
3. Ability to differentiate programs and learning to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.
4. Demonstrate ability to work as a collaborative member of the TAS faculty and contribute to faculty programs and resources.
An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
