Understanding of the Science of Reading/Learning and relevant teaching experience. Student Relationships: Ability to develop positive and trusting relationships with students, supporting their engagement, wellbeing, and regulation. Team Collaboration: Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team with other staff members. Interpersonal and Organisational Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Community Building: Enthusiasm for building community within a Catholic school, in collaboration with staff, parents, and students. Qualifications Required Relevant teaching qualification.
