About the Role

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a Team Assistant to join our Group Risk Division. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and capacity of two General Managers (GMs) by providing top-tier administrative support. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CRO, you will collaborate closely with another team assistant and support a geographically and functionally diverse group of stakeholders.

In this role, you will efficiently manage and maintain the diaries of the two GMs, ensuring optimal time management and conflict resolution. You will screen emails, draft and send communications on behalf of the GMs, and track pending tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, you will assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, maintain organisational charts, and manage email distribution lists. You will process and manage invoices and expenses, support the recruitment process, and arrange travel plans. Furthermore, you will contribute to the maintenance of the Group Risk SharePoint site and support the planning and execution of internal events.

About you

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in high-pressure environments and excels at managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative or team assistant role, preferably within a financial services or risk management environment. You should possess exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams), and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to build and improve team culture, excellent problem-solving skills, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information are essential. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting high-level executives and contributing to the success of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

Join us and be a part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and innovation!
