About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • At least two years’ experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting (previous Team leader experience ideal but we will consider accomplished senior consultants)
  • Passionate about stakeholder management and pride yourself on effective communication skills

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Provide your expert guidance and support through structured quality assurance and strategic review.
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge to deliver a high service standard to our clients and customers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships comes naturally to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
