Team Leader – Aged Care

About the Role:
As the Team Leader – Aged Care, you will provide hands-on leadership to our Aged Care Client Managers, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for older Australians living independently at home. This is your opportunity to shape service delivery, coach and develop a committed team, and drive positive client outcomes through person-centred support.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic leadership of the Aged Care team aligned with ILSA’s vision and values.
Coaching and mentoring Client Managers to build strong client relationships.
Monitoring service quality, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Overseeing client intake, care planning, risk management, and service evaluation.
Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational excellence.
About You:
You are a dynamic, compassionate leader who thrives on making a difference. You will have:
Tertiary qualifications in aged care, nursing, social work, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum five years' senior leadership experience in aged care or the community sector.
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, compliance, risk management, and person-centred practice.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
A current driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
