A well known and regarded group, this is one of the longer standing financial advice groups in Australia. They have a strong client offering that suits investors from $500k to many millions. Their advice team is larger and supported with paraplanning where required, associates, accountants and other financial advisers. This role can either be that as a senior financial adviser within a team, or to have team leadership responsibilities along with providing advice.
The Responsibilities
This financial advice business is large enough that it runs with a number of teams that ultimately report into a State Manager. There are two opportunities within this business - either as a senior financial adviser or as a senior financial adviser with team leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
working in a team of associates, paraplanners, client services officers and adviserssupported with marketing and accountant servicesretention of existing clients, including ongoing review meetingssourcing of new clients via referral sources, networking events or own sourcesunderstanding of client needs and objectivesoffering of strategic advice, suitable investments and insurance mentoring and developing less experienced team membersattendance at conferences and professional development daystaking in referrals from accounting firms with joint venture/referral arrangements
This role requires you to be in the office 3 to 4 days per week.
Your Qualifications and Experience
As an adviser with experience in dealing with HNW clients in a holistic sense, you are looking to bring your talent to an organisation that is poised for growth. You enjoy working collaboratively and building a successful culture. You are FASEA qualified, well presented and have good communication and relationship skills.
