ABOUT THE ROLE
In the role of Team Leader at Gotcha Robina, a day in your life will include:
1. Store Operations & Efficiency
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and stock checks.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in compliance with company and food safety standards.
2. Team Leadership & Staff Development
- •Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and beverages.
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching to improve efficiency.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
3. Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Educate customers about Gotcha Fresh Tea’s unique premium tea offerings and encourage product recommendations.
- Promote upselling of limited-edition collaborations (e.g., Pokémon, Hello Kitty, SpongeBob) and exclusive tumblers.
4. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure availability of fresh ingredients and supplies.
- Minimize waste through proper portion control, storage, and quality checks.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and report discrepancies to store management.
5. Sales & Marketing Support
- Actively participate in executing store promotions, new product launches, and loyalty programs.
- Assist with in-store content creation for social media marketing campaigns.
- Encourage customers to engage with Gotcha Fresh Tea Robina’s social media pages.
- Support local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all staff adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a safe work environment, addressing and reporting any hazards or incidents.
- Stay updated with health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance at all times
