ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Team Leader at Gotcha Robina, a day in your life will include:

1. Store Operations & Efficiency

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and stock checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in compliance with company and food safety standards.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Development

• •Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service and beverages.
• Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching to improve efficiency.
• Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
• Assist with staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

3. Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Educate customers about Gotcha Fresh Tea’s unique premium tea offerings and encourage product recommendations.
• Promote upselling of limited-edition collaborations (e.g., Pokémon, Hello Kitty, SpongeBob) and exclusive tumblers.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure availability of fresh ingredients and supplies.
• Minimize waste through proper portion control, storage, and quality checks.
• Conduct regular stocktakes and report discrepancies to store management.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

• Actively participate in executing store promotions, new product launches, and loyalty programs.
• Assist with in-store content creation for social media marketing campaigns.
• Encourage customers to engage with Gotcha Fresh Tea Robina’s social media pages.
• Support local marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all staff adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment, addressing and reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Stay updated with health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance at all times
