The Role

We currently have two full time, 12-month fixed term opportunities available to join our Melbourne or Brisbane based teams as a Team Member, Underwriting & Administration.

Working as part of a large team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to both internal stakeholders and our advisors and clients. Utilising your outgoing demeanour, you will contact our advisors and clients through phone and email to ensure their applications are complete, as well as work proactively with the advisors to keep them updated on any issues.

Although we are in financial services, you do not need to have financial services experience to be successful in this role.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administer the end-to-end processing of Insurance Applications.
  • Take ownership of and resolve customer /adviser requests, within set service standards;
  • Provide prompt escalation of issues to leaders or other business stakeholders and participate in the resolution of these issues.
  • Provide a timely response to the customer/adviser;
  • Take responsibility for delivering accurate information to customers and advisers;
  • When required, provide assistance to other internal customers within agreed timeframes to facilitate the efficient resolution of customer requests
  • Participate in setting team goals, and actively contribute to achieving a team driven environment and positive team culture.
