UST is looking for Technical Business Analysts to build end to end business solutions. The ideal candidate must possess strong understanding of frontend and backend development technologies especially in cloud platform, data analytics and service-oriented architecture. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide specification for the technical as well as business requirements. Candidate should have the ability to collaborate effectively with data stewards, domain experts and technical experts in the team. Other skills that are necessary for the role are strong in analysis, detail-oriented, good visualising capability and to document with correctness.
In this role you will:
- Understand and visualise the existing framework and proposed technical solution
- Analyse in detail to bring completeness and correctness of the solution
- Coordinate effectively with data stewards, architects, developers, testers, scrum master in capturing the requirement and solution
- Efficiently and effectively document the analysis on Data, technical solution as well as related business requirement with quality, covering every technical aspect in detail
- Adapt yourself and maintain the documentation in sync with the changes
- Document and own the stories in Jira/confluence
- Provide clarification and orientation for the team
- Be responsible for the analysis of data for development as well as testing
- Analyse test results and get approval from stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 6+ years of experience in overall development cycle
- Functional and technical understanding about services and cloud platforms with hands on experience
- Good written and oral communication with experience in documenting project artifacts
- Able to understand the big picture
- Self-driven, Go-getter and very good inter-personal skills
- Expertise in Analytical thinking and ability to come up with decisions and solutions
- Experience in analysing data and functional specification
- Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of web service models, REST API
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of Database concepts and SQL queries
- Comfortable with JSON and XML structures
- Experience with Cloud services, specifically on Google cloud is desirable
- Strong exposure in Agile, Scaled Agile based development models
- Familiar with tools/utilities such as Bitbucket / Jira / Confluence
