Being a large, Salesforce ecosystem, they require a Salesforce Technical Design Lead to lead one of their projects. You will bring with you a combination of Solution Design skills, Technical leadership skills and the ability to also be hands-on, when required. To be considered we seek: 5+ years enterprise-level experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead / Senior Developer.You will bring experience across Industries Cloud, including Omnistudio, Salesforce Community Cloud.Experienced in designing for and providing recommendation of Salesforce based solutions and related implementation architecture.As a Lead you bring experience in guiding Salesforce developers and ideally within an Agile/Scrum organisation working across multiple scrum teams.You will also bring strong analysis and elicitation skills thorugh workshops and other requirements facilitation experience.Experienced with Omniscripts, Flexards, LP / LWC, APIs, Apex, integration procedures, etc.If you bring experience in understanding and applying Salesforce Education data models (Education Data Architecture or Education Cloud) that is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across both business and IT, as well as across all levels of the business.
