We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead and support a variety of initiatives across two regulated electronic monitoring solutions for one of our clients on a 12 month Maxed / Fixed Term. These products play a key role in supporting regulatory compliance, and the successful candidate will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulators and third-party partners.

This role offers the opportunity to work across both large-scale, well-established programs and smaller, fast-moving projects. Flexibility, strong communication, and a proactive approach are essential.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of projects across legacy and cloud-based systems.
• Engage with regulators and senior stakeholders, articulating project status, challenges, and solutions effectively.
• Coordinate and manage third-party testing vendors on behalf of regulatory bodies.
• Oversee financial, risk, and resource management across multiple projects.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and reprioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Drive governance, documentation, and project reporting with precision and clarity.
• Experience working in products and highly regulated environments.
• Contribute to both BAU and project-focused workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally in regulated industries (e.g., gaming, finance, insurance).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong foundational project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, financials, and resources across concurrent projects.
• Experience working with or managing hybrid technology environments (legacy and cloud-based).
• Comfortable working on both large-scale programs and smaller, tactical projects.
• Ability to problem-solve and position responses thoughtfully under pressure.
• Experience working with external vendor partners or similar third parties are advantageous.
