Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical strategic initiatives.

• Core banking transformation
• On prem to Cloud migration
• Data Centre consolidation

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of large-scale tech initiatives from planning through to execution
• Manage timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and external partners
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure and migration to new platforms
• Support Agile ways of working (light Agile – not highly mature)
• Report into senior stakeholders and work closely with transformation leads
• Remove delivery roadblocks and ensure outcomes are achieved

Skills & Experience
• 5+ years in end-to-end project delivery roles within technology
• Experience in core banking, infrastructure, cloud migration, or digital integration projects highly regarded but NOT essential
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT
• Sound knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Confident managing budgets, schedules, and risk in large programs
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Financial services experience is helpful, but not essential
