This role is with a global software organisation known for its complex, high-impact platform used by enterprises around the world. As a Technical Support Engineer specialising in integrations, you'll be part of a backend support function that handles some of the most technically challenging cases, particularly those involving authentication, data exchange, and API-driven workflows.

The focus here is understanding how things connect, identifying root causes, and improving the way systems talk to each other.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the Technical Support team, you'll act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping customers troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues-particularly around integrations into and out of a large-scale enterprise platform.

  • Be a customer champion, resolving support cases with professionalism and technical expertise
  • Troubleshoot and debug inbound/outbound integrations (SOAP, REST, JDBC, etc.)
  • Work across technologies like SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, OAuth/OIDC, email infrastructure (Office 365, Postfix) and more
  • Provide root cause analysis, drive high-priority incidents, and collaborate across internal teams
  • Contribute to knowledge base content and internal process improvements

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or software development
  • Strong scripting skills - JavaScript is a must (Java/PowerShell also valuable)
  • Experience with web services, data integration, authentication systems, and networking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex technical cases and customer expectations
  • Experience with enterprise platforms or ITSM tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Wireshark, or relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
  • Exposure to ITIL processes or working in SaaS/PaaS environments
