About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Technician to join our growing team in Springvale. In this hands-on role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to deliver cutting-edge ground engineering solutions across Victoria and Tasmania using state-of-the-art equipment.

To succeed, you’ll need at least 2 years of construction experience, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills.

 What you'll need to succeed

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Hold a valid driver's license (HR license preferred)
• White Card
• Forklift licence (desirable) or a willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and able to meet job demands
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Flexible and available for interstate travel up to two weeks each month
