About the Role You’ll drive and deliver the successful implementation of TechnologyOne solutions across a variety of clients in diverse industries, helping clients fully leverage their ERP investment and make a real impact on their business as well as completing client requests on an ad-hoc basis. By building strong, collaborative relationships, you’ll support clients with ad hoc TechOne support tasks and provide strategic guidance as they navigate their ERP transformation journey. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.Design, configure, and deliver TechnologyOne Financials, Supply chain, Asset Management and Reporting modules to meet client needs.Lead solution design workshops and deliver end-user training, ensuring smooth adoption and success.Drive change management initiatives and support business process mapping to optimise client operations.Research, investigation, documentation and implementation of specific business activitiesManage data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring seamless transitions.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.Provide ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring clients fully realise the value of their ERP investment.Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies, sharing knowledge with your team and clients. What You Bring Previous hands-on experience implementing or configuring TechnologyOne solutions, particularly in Financials modules, HRP, Asset Management, Supply Chain, CPM.Strong understanding of TechOne implementation methodologies and best practices.A passion for driving successful technology transformations and helping businesses optimise their ERP solutions.Financial and accounting knowledge would be beneficial, with the ability to align technology with business needs.Strong communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring a smooth customer experienceProven experience in running workshops, delivering presentations, and building trust-based client relationships.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
