Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by generating leads and providing excellent customer support. You will be a key member of the National Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound telemarketing campaigns via HubSpot to engage potential customers (existing and potential customers).

Lead Qualification:

• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and potential for conversion.
• Accurately document all lead interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about qualified leads to the sales team.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, conversion rates and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
