What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Supporting a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
• Documenting and reflecting on children’s learning and development
• Working collaboratively with our team to continually improve
• Following all relevant regulations and centre policies

What You’ll Need

• Diploma or Certificate iii in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous experience in a centre environment
• Great communication and people skills
• Confidence in planning and delivering meaningful programs
• A solid understanding of the NQF and all relevant compliance areas
• A genuine passion for early learning — and a commitment to nurturing with care and consistency
